How do I get my pet to you?

You can bring your pet to our crematorium by prior appointment, or alternatively, we can collect your pet from your home or veterinary practice upon your request.

Forget Me Nott guarantee 100% of your pet’s remains are returned to you along with a certificate of cremation and a complimentary scatter tube. You will be able to collect your pet’s ashes between 48-72 hours dependent on the demand on our services and the time of your cremation.

Collection and delivery

We charge £25 for collection and delivery in our local area and calculate a mileage fee based on the distance from you or your veterinary surgery. These charges will be determined when discussing your requirements, and then added to the standard price of cremation.
